England has named former skipper Charlotte Edwards as the brand new head coach of the Girls’s Cricket crew. She might be taking on the reins from Jon Lewis, who was sacked following England’s 16-0 thrashing by the hands of Australia within the Girls’s Ashes in January.
Talking after the event, Edwards was quoted as saying in a press release launched by the ECB on Tuesday April 1,
“I’m so delighted to as soon as once more be a part of the management of the England Girls’s cricket crew, and I can not wait to take this crew ahead and drive us to success”.
